【Key Responsibilities】

Working collaboratively with the operationmanagement team your responsibilities will include:

• Day to day communication maintenance with contractor drivers wherenecessary via phone & chat;

• Handle Contractor drivers’ complaints;

• Facilitate inter-departmental communication;

• Information Collection & Examination;

• Additional duties as assigned.

• 通过电话，聊天方式与送餐员进行沟通，答疑并解决其问题

• 处理送餐员投诉

• 公司内部沟通

• 各类资料收集&检查

• 完成上级交代的其他任务

【Requirement】

• Ability to communicate/listen effectively;

• CSR(Customer Service & Relationship) experience - in BPO, Consulting,Transport or Internet;

• Strong power on implement;

• Self-learning ability;

• Good command of MS Office.

• 有效的沟通与聆听能力

• 有过客户服务相关经验

• 有较强的执行力

• 自我学习能力

• 熟练使用Office套件
